Your Role: Retail Associate – Center Store
As a Retail Associate, you’ll play a key role in keeping our store running smoothly. Whether you’re stocking shelves, assisting customers, or ensuring the store environment is clean and welcoming, your work directly impacts the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:

Stocking and marking cases following the Center Store training guide

Assisting customers in a friendly and courteous manner

Receiving, unloading, and verifying incoming merchandise

Maintaining a clean, organized workspace

Working independently with minimal supervision
This role is ideal for individuals who have strong customer service and communication skills, enjoy early morning or overnight shifts, and are comfortable performing physically active work.
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:

Previous customer service experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to lift up to 60 lbs occasionally, stand/walk throughout your shift

Comfortable with bending, squatting, reaching, and overhead lifting

Familiarity with or willingness to learn how to use computers, calculators, and communication tools

Compensation and Schedule
