🧼 Job Overview: Housekeeping Inspector

As a Housekeeping Inspector, your primary responsibility is to ensure that all guest accommodations meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. This role is ideal for individuals with prior housekeeping experience, organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail.

You’ll oversee housekeeping staff, perform room inspections, manage inventory, and communicate any training or maintenance issues promptly. Your leadership and attention to detail will help shape a welcoming experience for every guest.

💸 Compensation & Employment Type

Pay: $19 – $20 per hour
Job Type: Seasonal | Part-Time | Full-Time options
Minimum Age: 18+

🌟 Key Responsibilities

Inspect guest rooms after turnovers, arrivals, and departures
Ensure room readiness and overall presentation
Coordinate and guide housekeeping team performance
Report and track maintenance issues and carpet damage
Manage supply inventory and ensure unit standards are met

✅ Required Qualifications

Previous experience in hotel or resort housekeeping
Strong organizational and communication skills

Physically capable of lifting up to 35 lbs. and pushing up to 75 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods and move efficiently between rooms
Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
