💼 Job Overview

Position: Production Associate
Location: 1815 West Spencer Street, Appleton, WI
Job Type: Full-time | Non-Exempt
Shifts: Rotating AM/PM shifts (6AM-6PM / 6PM-6AM), including weekends & holidays on a rotating basis
Starting Pay: $24.12 – $24.80/hour
Top Pay: $28.38 – $29.18/hour after 60-day probation
Shift Premium: Additional $2/hour for hours worked between 6PM - 6AM

🔧 Responsibilities

As a Production Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in the daily operations of Foremost Farms. Your responsibilities will include:

Producing safe and high-quality dairy products
Troubleshooting production issues and communicating with team leads
Following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP guidelines, and plant safety protocols
Collaborating effectively in a team-oriented environment

✅ Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

Age 18 or older
Basic math skills (addition & subtraction)
Ability to read and comprehend English
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
Must be comfortable using touchscreen technology
Willing to work rotating weekends and holidays

Preferred:

Prior manufacturing or food production experience
