🛠️ What’s the Role?
The Welder position at SSR’s Marigold Mine involves maintaining and repairing heavy mobile equipment critical to mining operations. You’ll work under the Crew Supervisor in a 5/4 rotating day/night schedule, contributing to safety, reliability, and efficiency.
✅ Key Responsibilities:

Perform welding and structural repairs on heavy machinery

Read blueprints and mechanical drawings to guide fabrication

Conduct inspections for metal fatigue, wear, and cracks

Operate in all weather conditions—indoors and outdoors

Coordinate closely with supervisors and procurement staff

Ensure work is performed safely, adhering to risk assessment procedures
🧠Required Skills and Qualifications
