Position Highlight: HVAC Assembler
Modine is currently seeking motivated individuals with manufacturing, mechanical knowledge, and strong writing skills to join their team as Assemblers for commercial HVAC systems. This is a full-time opportunity with great benefits, room for growth, and the chance to make a real difference.
Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and paint parts for commercial chiller systems.

Read and interpret bills of material, wiring diagrams, and job instructions.

Pull parts from inventory, build electrical panels, perform wiring, and mechanical assembly.

Use hand tools, gauges, hoists, air guns, and fixtures.

Work efficiently at the pace of the line while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Rotate across workstations, train peers, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
