Now Hiring: Part-Time Farm Hand (Contract Position)

We’re a small, organic fruit and vegetable farm located halfway between Clintonville and Shawano, Wisconsin, and we’re currently looking for a reliable, motivated part-time farm hand to join our seasonal crew. This is a flexible, low-stress, outdoor job that’s ideal for anyone looking to stay active, make extra income, and work in a calm, natural setting.

Note: Applicants must be residents of Wisconsin, USA to be considered for this position.

What You'll Be Doing

As a farm hand, you’ll support the daily operations of our organic farm by helping with tasks that vary by season and need. This job is contract-based (1099), with 2–3 days a week of work and 15–25 hours per week on average.

Key Responsibilities:

Planting and weeding crops
Fertilizing with organic materials
Clearing brush and maintaining fields
Mowing lawns and general groundskeeping
Installing and maintaining electric fencing
Performing light maintenance on farm tools and equipment
Other outdoor, seasonal tasks as needed

This role is best suited for someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and enjoys working independently or with a small team. You don’t need prior farming experience — just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Compensation & Benefits
