Position: Production Worker

Location: 200 Venture Lane, Benton, KY 42025

Pay: $16.00/hour (base) + performance bonuses ($4.00–$6.00 extra/hour after 30 days!)

Schedule: Full-Time | Day Shift Only | Monday–Friday

Status: Non-Exempt (Hourly)

On-Site Applications Accepted: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🎯 Key Responsibilities
-
Work on the production line to help build manufactured housing
-
Follow blueprints and measurements accurately
-
Use hand, air, and power tools
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
-
Work independently and as part of a team
-
Perform manual labor tasks such as sanding, painting, roofing, mudding, and framing
No manufacturing experience? No problem—we’re willing to train the right individuals!
✅ Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred
-
Basic knowledge of tape measuring and blueprint reading
-
Previous experience in construction, carpentry, or modular housing is a plus
-
Must pass a 7-panel drug screening
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Must have reliable transportation
-
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and stand, kneel, climb, and move throughout your shift
