🕐 Position Details:

Position: Packer – 3rd Shift

Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
-
Location: Avon, Ohio
-
Base Pay: $17.21/hour
-
Shift Differential: Included for 3rd shift
-
Growth Potential:
-
After 6 Months: $17.65
-
After 12 Months: $18.08
-
After 24 Months: $18.53
-
🧰 Key Responsibilities:
-
Read production schedules and ensure accurate packing of finished goods
-
Label, erect, and seal cartons using taper and code dater machines
-
Stack packed cartons on pallets in proper configuration
-
Maintain documentation, records, and yield data
-
Perform basic math to count, label, and manage carton configuration
-
Follow food safety, quality, and BRC (British Retail Consortium) standards
-
Participate in safety and operational training
-
Operate in a team environment and communicate effectively
-
Complete forklift certification (training provided)
✅ Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or GED preferred

Skills:

Effective verbal and written communication
-
Basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)

Ability to read and follow written instructions

Common sense problem-solving in standardized situations

Must pass forklift certification and comply with company safety standards
