🛠️ Key Responsibilities
As a Formax Operator, you’ll be at the heart of our packaging process, ensuring that our high-quality products are prepared efficiently and correctly.
Your daily tasks will include:

Operating and assembling the Formax packaging machine

Conducting quality checks (clip, seal, temperature, and weight control)

Completing pre-operational and HACCP documentation

Monitoring production volumes and minimizing downtime

Leading and motivating the workforce for optimal performance

Keeping the work area clean and sanitized in line with food safety standards

Addressing delays and ensuring production goals are met

Reporting maintenance needs and collaborating with leadership
🧠 Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:
✔ A high school diploma or GED (required)
✔ At least 1–2 years of experience in a food manufacturing plant (ground beef experience is a plus)
✔ Strong communication and leadership skills
✔ A positive attitude and the ability to solve problems proactively
✔ A willingness to work in cold, hot, or fast-paced environments
✔ Physical ability to navigate a plant with machinery, chemicals, and slippery floors
