💵 Pay: $35.00 - $50.00 per hour (Flag rate, based on experience)

🧰 What You’ll Do:
As a Transmission Technician, you’ll be working on a range of complex repairs and services with a focus on transmission systems. This role is not just about wrench-turning—it's about accuracy, diagnostics, and professional excellence.Your responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing and repairing transmission systems and related components

Performing maintenance and repairs based on dealership and factory standards

Communicating repair needs and timelines with service advisors

Maintaining technical knowledge across multiple vehicle systems (OBD-II, drivability, brakes, suspension, A/C, etc.)

Ensuring a clean and safe work environment

Mentoring apprentices and staying current with OEM training
🧾 Qualifications:

High School diploma or GED required
-
Trade school or mechanical vocational training strongly preferred

Valid Driver’s License is a must
-
ASE and/or Ford Certification preferred

Minimum of 1+ year transmission repair experience
-
2+ years of overall automotive repair experience preferred
-
Ability to commute to Victoria, TX
