As a Sanitation SSOP (Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures) Clerk, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate, up-to-date records for sanitation practices and safety protocols. This role ensures our production facility remains compliant with industry standards and regulations—essential to the health and safety of both the company and its customers.

Maintain and manage all SSOP records and documentation
Create, update, and track sanitation reports
Assist in the development of SSOP procedures where needed
Communicate effectively with the sanitation team and operations leadership
Work independently during overnight shifts to ensure reporting accuracy

✅ Qualifications:

🎓 Education:

High school diploma or GED required

💼 Experience:

Previous clerical or administrative experience preferred
Food safety or sanitation experience is a bonus!

🧠 Skills & Competencies:

Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email
Strong oral and written communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot errors
Capable of working independently
Must be bilingual (English required; second language is a plus)
