💼 Job Title: Production Associate

📍 Location: 932 N Madison St, Lancaster, WI 53813
🕒 Type: Full-Time, Rotating Shifts (including weekends and holidays)
💲 Starting Pay: $25.88/hr → $26.88/hr after 6 months
💵 Bonuses & Premiums:

$1.75/hr shift premium (6 PM–6 AM)
2x pay for Sundays
1.5x pay for holidays and overtime

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Operate dairy production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety protocols
Troubleshoot and report equipment issues
Participate in team meetings and production goals
Handle, package, and move dairy products, sometimes lifting up to 50 lbs

✅ Minimum Qualifications

18 years of age or older
English reading, writing, and comprehension skills
Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, telling time)
Able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment
Willing to work rotating weekends and holidays
Must pass pre-employment screening

🎯 Preferred Skills

Previous experience in manufacturing or production
Comfort using touchscreen tech and digital tools
High attention to detail and ability to multitask
