🧭 Your Role: Shipping Office Coordinator

As a Shipping Office Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to point of contact for organizing and tracking shipments, creating load tickets, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring everything runs on time and on target. You’ll be stationed at the heart of the operation — the shipping office — coordinating with multiple teams to keep everything moving smoothly.

📌 Key Responsibilities

Create and manage shipping documentation (seals, manifests, bills, load tickets, etc.)
Monitor warehouse inventory flow and selection processes
Support lift drivers and loaders with real-time updates
Coordinate daily staffing functions including breaks, job roles, and workflow meetings
Partner with transportation, third-party labor providers, and order processing teams
Make actionable recommendations to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Uphold a clean and safe work environment

✅ What You’ll Need

High school diploma or GED (required)
Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
Communication skills (verbal and written)
Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for long periods
Friendly, team-first attitude and commitment to punctuality
Basic computer skills and ability to manage data entry systems
Ability to adapt to varying warehouse temperatures and conditions

Prior experience in distribution or logistics
Familiarity with WMS3000, CAMS, and YMS systems
Certification on powered industrial equipment
Background in shipping/receiving or warehouse coordination
