🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
As a General Production Worker, you’ll be involved in several key parts of the textile production process. This is a dynamic and physically active position where you’ll play a vital role in ensuring product quality and timely output.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate machines to fleece socks and inspect them for flaws

Cut yardage and prepare textiles for washing and steaming

Conduct product inspections for measurements, fabric integrity, and consistency

Scan work orders and maintain proper documentation

Support quality control efforts

Maintain cleanliness and organization across the production floor

Participate in team meetings and Lean manufacturing initiatives

Assist with other production tasks and departments when needed
🧠 What We’re Looking For
Required:

High school diploma or GED

Basic computer and calculator skills

Ability to stand for 8 hours or more per shift

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow job priorities
Preferred:

6 months to 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
